What is open
The Evaluator Guild. Paid, per-engagement, at published rates by tier. Raters qualify through an observed qualifying score rather than a certificate — we do not issue credentials and we explain why. If you have worked seriously with analytics quality, semantic layers or measurement validity, that path is genuinely open and the work is real.
What we will need, and roughly when
- Someone to own the rubric. For a measurement company the person who owns the instrument is the methodology. Likely the first salaried hire.
- Warehouse-native engineering. Deep Snowflake or Databricks internals — micro-partitions, clustering, query profiles, access policies.
- Applied measurement. Standard setting, item analysis, inter-rater reliability. Psychometrics rather than ML.
