WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We claim partial conformance: substantial parts of the site have been verified against it, and other parts have not been formally audited. The detail below says which is which.
Verified
- Colour contrast. Every text token is checked against every surface it can appear on. Worst measured ratio is 5.74:1 against a 4.5:1 floor for body text. fact
- Heading structure. Exactly one
h1per page and no skipped levels, verified across every public page by an automated DOM audit. - Keyboard access. A skip link is the first focusable element; the mobile menu is a real
buttonwitharia-expanded; navigation carriesaria-current. - Reflow. Verified at 375 px with no horizontal page scroll. Wide tables scroll inside their own container rather than forcing the page sideways.
- Motion. Smooth scrolling is scoped so it never overrides a fragment jump.
- No colour-only meaning. Severity and status use a text label alongside colour.
Not yet audited
- Screen reader testing with real users. Structure is verified programmatically; that is not the same thing and we will not imply it is.
- The curriculum. 156 lessons sharing one template. The template is sound; individual lessons with complex tables or diagrams have not been checked one by one.
- The console and blog. Application surfaces have had less scrutiny than the marketing pages.
- No formal VPAT. We do not have one. If your procurement requires it, tell us rather than assuming.
Known limitations
Some assurance-report tables are dense by nature. They scroll rather than reflow, which is a compromise: reformatting them for narrow screens would break the row-to-row comparison the table exists to support. If this blocks you, the same data is available in the machine-readable export.
