What domains can I specialize in?

How much can I earn?

Compensation scales with your certification level and domain expertise. The better you get, the more you earn. Training time is compensated. Weekly payouts.

How long does certification take?

Foundation (Eval Trainee): ~20 hours over 1-2 weeks. Professional (Eval Expert): additional 40 hours over 3-4 weeks. Work at your own pace — no deadlines.

Do I need prior experience?

No. The Foundation certification starts from zero. If you can think critically, read carefully, and give honest feedback — you have what it takes. Domain expertise (in coding, writing, STEM, etc.) is a bonus.
